Investigate a more cohesive strategy, to create a plan for promoting and connecting existing programs with our citizens, historic CBRM communities, between longstanding residents and newcomers. This report would aim to communicate a positive vision of the CBRM, highlight the assets and services the CBRM is able to provide, highlight the contributions of our citizens, non-profits and other organizations that have positive impacts on our city. The plan will aim to further provide a Best Practices Guide in Community Celebration and Engagement, and Community Asset Guide.
